Doctors have urged the United Nations and the African Forum to declare a state of emergency in three African regions to stop the spread of the virus, following reports that the Ebola virus has spread from Congo to Uganda and Kenya ….!

The African region is in a state of consternation after finding two patients from Uganda and a woman suspected of contracting the virus in Kenya.
