Ranveer arrives at the Port of Colombo
Indian sailor Ranveer arrived at the Port of Colombo yesterday. The Indian ship was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy with naval traditions. When the Ranveer arrived at the port of Colombo, Captain Chetan Chandarev, Commanding Officer of the ship, had a chat with Rear Admiral Sumith Weerasinghe, Commander of the Western Navy.
Commemorative souvenirs were also exchanged to commemorate this important occasion. The Ranveer is an extension of 4560 tons and a 152-mile long gauge. The ship is operated by a ship of 273 people. The staff is scheduled to participate in several functions of the Sri Lanka Navy during their three-day official visit. Ranveer will leave for the three-day official visit on June 20.
